Court - and virtually every other kind of civil litigation along the spectrum, including Copyright/Trademark infringement,
Interstate Transportation/Carmack Amendment, Truth in Lending/Fair Credit Reporting/Fair Credit Billing/Fair Debt Collection
Practices Acts, RESPA, Lemon Law, Warranties, Auto Dealer Fraud, Landlord-Tenant, False Imprisonment/Malicious Prosecution,
Libel/Slander, TCPA ("Junk Fax"), Mechanics/Materialmen Liens, ERISA, Products Liability/Wrongful Death, among many
others.
Before starting my own
firm, I practiced as a Litigation Associate at one of the nation's largest firms, Epstein, Becker & Green, representing
both Plaintiffs and Defendants in complex commercial disputes. Prior to that, I began my legal career at one of Atlanta's
oldest law firms, Greer, Klosik, Daugherty, Swank & McCune, where I practiced Insurance Defense law. It was there that
I developed the core foundation of my civil litigation experience; during the first few years of practice, I represented clients
in scores [if not hundreds] of depositions and was fortunate enough to have my first opportunity to act as lead counsel in
a number of jury trials throughout the state.
